View Master Files

The View Master Files settings on the User File Update screen - Mobile Security tab allow PDA users to view customer and inventory lists on their PDAs (refer to "General - Customers" and "General - Items").

To configure these settings:

  1. Display the User File Update screen - Mobile Security tab.

Refer to "Maintenance - Edit UserIDs - 9. Mobile Security (v2.7)".

  1. Complete the following fields:

Select Yes if this user can view customer lists and inventory lists on their PDA, otherwise select No. If you select Yes, the View Data option on the Others menu will be enabled when the user logs on to their PDA.
  1. Configure any further fields on the Mobile Security tab that are required for the Micronet Mobile Applications this user has access to.
